Preventive maintenance of domestic hot and cold-water systems in patient care areas for the control and prevention of the Legionella organism and scald prevention.Route and place systems leading to the equipment, and seating, hooking up, and testing equipment.Install, modify, and repair systems by locating and tapping main lines, setting up system routes, placing and cutting route openings, placing hangers for proper level and slope, and determining and installing valves, traps, and unions needed for proper operation of systems.Work from building plans, blueprints, and sketches to plan and lay out the routing, placement, slant, slope, fall and proper operation of systems and equipment.Install, modify and repair new and existing utility, supply and disposal systems and equipment.Immunizations (Immunization records preferred).Fingerprints (Two forms of ID required).Requirements for Pre-Employment Screening: Applicants should plan for a long day if selected, as there are several pre-employment stations to clear.
